Satchivi<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La d\u00e9marche de Faure Gnassingb\u00e9 est justifi\u00e9e par l\u2019article 73 de la constitution togolaise qui stipule \u00ab Le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique exerce le droit de gr\u00e2ce apr\u00e8s avis du Conseil sup\u00e9rieur de la magistrature. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">{loadmoduleid 210}<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arr\u00eat\u00e9 le 22 ao\u00fbt 2018, jug\u00e9 et condamn\u00e9 par le Tribunal de Premi\u00e8re Instance de Lom\u00e9 \u00e0 36 mois de prison dont 12 avec sursis, Foly Satchivi a vu sa peine \u00eatre r\u00e9duite \u00e0 28 mois d\u2019emprisonnement dont 6 avec sursis lors d\u2019un proc\u00e8s en appel tenu le 10 Octobre 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Notons qu&rsquo;en d\u00e9but de semaine, l&rsquo;Observatoire pour la protection des d\u00e9fenseurs des droits de l&rsquo;Homme, un partenariat de\u00a0 l&rsquo;Organisation mondiale contre la torture (OMCT) et de la FIDH a r\u00e9agi au sujet de Foly Satchivi.
